  1. Allocation Master Job Costs to House Jobs from Job Sheet (Consol Job) Using Different Distribution Mechanisms

  2. Retrieve Consol Job from Job Sheet - Cyber-Bill (Billing)

You can allocate the consol costs to the houses by varies distribution mechanisms (This illustration is using a distribution mechanism of Chargeable Weight • Note 1: This activity should take place before any interface to accounting system has took place • Note 2: If you don’t see the Allocate button to the right of the cost line, it means that there are no house jobs attached to this consol

  4. Once a distribution mechanism is selected, click Allocate • Click OK when prompt “Are you sure you want to distribute the charges to the house(s) job”

  5. Once costs have been distributed successfully, you can click View to check the charges automatically allocated to the house jobs

  6. Costs are allocated to the related house jobs accordingly to chargeable weights • Since a distribution mechanism of Chargeable Weight was chosen, the costs have been allocated to each house job according to the chargeable weight of each job • Click Close to close the screen after viewing

  7. Once costs have been distributed successfully to the house jobs from the consol job, the total amount will be negate (reverse) out from the consol job automatically

  8. You can also allocate the consol costs to the houses by another different distribution mechanism in the same consol job (This illustration is using a distribution mechanism of Number of Houses) • Note: This activity should take place before any interface to accounting system has took place

  9. Once distribution mechanism is selected, click Allocate • Click OK when prompt “Are you sure you want to distribute the charges to the house(s) job”

  10. Once costs have been distributed successfully, you can click View to check the charges automatically allocated to the house jobs

  11. Cost are distributed evenly among all the related house jobs for the consol job • Since a distribution mechanism of Number of Houses has been chose, the costs have been allocated to each house job evenly • Click Close to close the screen after viewing

  12. Once costs have been distributed successfully to the house jobs from the consol job, the total amount will be negate (reverse) out from the consol job automatically

  13. If you retrieve the Job Sheet of a related house job, you will see the cost lines created accordingly for the house job after allocation automatically
