Key Points • Alignment and threatening mal-alignment between maintenance of certification, maintenance of licensure, and maintenance of credentials. • MOC improves quality of patient care and will soon include incentives. • Training does not stop after graduation. • Performance measures , data, and data access are critically important to facilitating a culture of Life-Long Learning. • Physicians need more time for patient care and less time for paperwork. • Physicians need nimble, easy to use solutions for lifelong learning to help them meet multiple requirements seamlessly and as part of their daily workflow.
