Three-banded Armadillo • The southern three banded armadillo is remarkable for one of the few armadillo species capable of rolling into a ball. • The armadillo- plating that covers the body and is divided into two domed shells, with three armored bands in between, joined by flexible bands of skin. • Other distinctive features of the southern three banded armadillo are the second, third and fourth toes of the honed feet. Two-Toed Sloth • They have grooved hair that allows algae to grow their ,giving there a green tint that provides cacology in the forest. • Its diet is leaves ,twigs and fruits. • Sloths are in the same odder as –armadillos and anteaters. Lack canines and incisor teeth Aubree Merlo
