Hosts: GKEN and i-genius • The Global Knowledge Exchange Network on Health (GKEN) has 60 high level delegates from 12 countries committed to sharing better practice in health and wellness. It hosts a series of seminars with world health leaders and co-hosted the health promotions awards program in Rome 2010. It’s latest initiative, GKEN Health Intelligence International is designed to assist executives expand into new markets. • i-genius is a world community of social entrepreneurs with members in138 countries. It encourages partnerships between social entrepreneurs and stakeholders, provides training and educational support and undertakes media promotion campaigns. It has organized a series of prestigious events and was promotions partner for the Rome 2010 awards.

How it works Phase 1 – Award programme announced and call for entries six months prior to event. Website and social media deployed to up-date public on new entries Phase 2 – Finalists selected two months before symposium. Media promotion of finalists Phase 3 – Two day symposium combining finalists presentations (includes introductory film), extensive participants dialogue, judging and announcement of winners. Press conference and full media promotion Phase 4 – up to 12 months on-going promotion of winners to enable the public to follow and learn from their progress, and provides hosts/sponsors with additional promotional opportunities
