Concepts • Changes Settlement Invoicing for DAM and RTM. • Does NOT impact statement posting, extract posting, other monthly invoices (note: extracts are keyed off of statement posting – must post within 48 hrs of statements posting – DAM/RTM invoices have no impact on extract posting) • Invoicing driven by statement approval. OD’s with a DAM or RTM Statement posted on a given day are included on the Settlement Invoice posted on the same day • Remove need for two types of Late Fee Invoices • Reduces “OD to Payout” timeframe by as much as 7-14 days • This proposal does not include Counterparty level invoicing; CP level invoicing is a much larger change that would likely push out the ability to get the single daily invoice
