Facial Trauma Treatment
What is facial trauma? In simple terms, facial trauma can be described as any physical trauma to the face. There can be bruises, cuts, lacerations on the face, or even fractures on nasal parts, jaw, and eye orbit. It is also known as maxillofacial trauma which leads to disfigurement and failure in the proper functioning of the affected part. The most common symptoms of oral and maxillofacial trauma are pain, bleeding, and swelling of the facial muscles. Such injuries mostly occur after an accident, so the other parts of the body are also affected.
