Bräuniger (II 5.2) all data files based on a simple Text/ASCII format which is readable from anyeditor or word processor on any computer system – in our case it is marked as CSV-file, that means: information only separated by comma, semicolon or apostrophe the internal format, rows, columns, number of signs and information in Germany was arranged and confirmed in 1996. This is still running today (about 10 years) during this time the format has never changed (it was only extended for new components)
