  4. Locality of the Property • You should always prefer that the location is good. • You should keep an eye open that is there are schools, hospitals, shops are located or not. • If you are going to be purchase any property in remote area then just calculate the distance from the main city.

  5. Maintenance Amount • You should ask from the neighbors that how much monthly charges are for maintaining the roads, colonies neat and clean. • You should also ask for the annual charges.

  6. Number of Parking Spaces • You must have seen that builder sometimes charges extra cost for the parking space. • If you know it that it is not legal then you can take some legal action against him and save your extra investment.
