Objectives of the CNRT • Overall modelling and experimental characterisation for a vehicle powered by a fuel cell • Global modelling and full power tests of fuel cell generator • Interactions between fuel cell and power electronics • Ageing effects, reliability due to the transportation cycling load • Interest of electrical “power“ storage (in relation with the vehicle use cycle) • Integration in the vehicle power train modelling and test • Influence on reliability and maintainability Optimisation of the entire system (efficiency, emission)

Some Projects – L2ES • Project PREDIT-INTERREG III – URBILEC • This project deals with design, realization and behavioral comparison of two electrical scooters (FC scooter + ultracapacitors + in-wheel electrical motor, battery scooter + ultracapacitors + in-wheel electrical motor). • Partners : Peugeot Motocycles, Air Liquide, Technicréa Recherche, INRETS, L2ES, LEI-EPFL (CH), Ville de Lausanne (CH), Maxwell (CH), CREE-RDP (CH) • Sum total : 645 k€ • This application project is a part of the EPO AUTO project run by the CEREVEH
