  11. The Jamboree Experience • Activities – • Day of Service by troop • One day - Jamboree Trek by troop • Two half-days in one of the high-adventure base camp areas.

The Jamboree Experience • Electronic Equipment • This will be a “connected” Jamboree • Multiple cell towers • An app for smartphones is in development. • The app will be platform neutral. • J-Phone? (Jamboree Phone) Stay tuned. • MP3 – your own risk • Radio and head phones • Solar Charger • Camera

  15. Personal Equipment – fits in duffle • Sleeping bag or blanket and sheets • Cot - provided • Comfortable Walking Shoes • No bicycles permitted • Each participant will receive • 2 T-shirts • Hat • Duffle bag • Backpack • Patches • Jamboree unit numerals

  16. Personal Equipment • Uniform • Two complete summer uniforms are required. • The uniform can be any Official Scout uniform • Includes • Scout Shirt with appropriate insignia • Scout Shorts • Scout socks • Scout Belt • There is no need to bring any non-uniform clothing.
