  2. Proverbs 23:23 Buy the truth, and sell it not; also wisdom, and instruction, and understanding.

  3. What is Truth? • That which is in accordance with fact or reality. • God’s Word is TRUTH! • John 17:17 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.

  6. Preach the Word • 2 Timothy 4:2-4 • Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

  13. Buy the Truth—Regardless of the Price • MOST Valuable: Matt. 13:45-46 • Loss of Family: Matt. 10:34-39 • Giving up your “idols”: Matthew 19:16-22; Col. 3:5 • Denying self: Matthew 16:24-26 • What would you give in exchange for your soul?

  27. Truth • If you are not a Christian, you need to be. No greater truth! • If you are and you have erred from the paths of truth, get back on the right path tonight!
