  2. Trina Parker is a highly qualified physician who has graduated from Howard University Medical School. She has also attended the University of Miami and attained her Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Biology. The University of Miami is informally referred to as UM. It is a non-sectarian private university which was established in 1925 with its main campus in Coral Gables. The university has 15,629 students in 12 different colleges which include medical school, law school and a school focused on the study of oceanography and atmospheric sciences. In the 2012 issue of U.S. News & World Report’s, the university attained the highest rank in Florida and it was entitled “American’s Best Colleges”. The university was ranked 38th among national universities.

  3. She takes part in numerous church activities and is also a volunteer with American Red Cross Disaster Action Team. Trina Parker is a dedicated humanitarian. The Disaster Action Team is also called DAT. It is committed to helping people affected during disasters with their emergency and long-term needs. The team evaluates the intensity of damage to determine the kind of support the disaster victims need. The DAT offers various essential facilities like food, clothing, basic household materials, medical treatments and occupational supplies that are lost or destroyed in the disaster.
