  2. Announcing SmartAnalysis Version 7.0 • SmartAnalysis 7.0 addresses the Global expansion our customers are experiencing. • Multiple reports have been created or enhanced. • Relationship Manager (RM) features have been enhanced. • Enhancements throughout the software.

  3. New Features and Enhancements • 2013 AFP codes are included in version 7.0. For our Global customers, the Global AFP codes can be purchased. Chesapeake will provide scripts to import Global AFP codes. • Currently SmartAnalysis requires either an ABA number or SWIFT code when importing and 822 file. Some Canadian banks use the Canadian bank identifier in lieu of the ABA/SWIFT number. SmartAnalysis to be updated to accept Canadian bank identifiers. • SWIFT numbers are not limited to 9 characters. • 2columns were added to the CSV Service Charge import file allowing the 3 character currency code and the conversion rate to be included in the import process.

New Features and Enhancements • Quickfind option expanded and consistent in all modules. • From the conference, users stated they would like the statement sorted by comparison code family instead of alphabetically. • When selecting the status of ‘Closed ‘under the Discrepancy Status Criteria, all options are visible. • ‘Save As’ Functionality added to allow users to update and create new Saved Reports. • Authorized Associates can be imported. • Additional columns added to Fee Query. • Bank name has been added to the Discrepancy Details.

  6. Account Reports - Account By Bank (RM) • Report provides a concise listing of accounts by bank and relationship group.

  7. Account Reports - Account By Operational Structure (RM) • Report provides a concise listing of accounts by Operational Structure broken down further by bank and relationship group.

  8. Balance Report – Balance Analysis Report • Provides a side by side comparison of 3-6 months of balance information.

  9. Service Charge Reports – Service Charge Comparison • Allows user to view up to three banks’ service fees side by side based on comparison codes and families.

  10. Service Charge Reports - Variance Report • Provides a report identifying the financial impact/ variance between the negotiated fees and the actual fees.

Report Enhancements • Account Reports (RM) • Open Account Report • Accounts without an actual open date will be included in the report • Operational Structure Reports • Total Cost by Operational Structure • Allow users to reverse the axis of the report • Service Charge Reports • Services by Month Report • Allow users to select ‘Show Earnings Credit and Net Charge Totals’

  12. Account Reports – Open Account Report(RM) • Report includes all open accounts. Closed and archived accounts are omitted.

  13. Operational Structure Reports – Total Cost by Operational Structure • Allows users to reverse the axis of the report. • Allows banks to be shown across the report and operational structures down the page.

  17. Enhancements - • Quickfind–the same capability that is available under Banking Information, to input a partial account number, has been added to all other areas where the Quickfind link is located. • Fee Query • Balance Query • Discrepancy Query • Report Manager

  18. Enhanced Banking Information- Bank Level Opportunity to input the Financial rating (Standard and Poor, Moody’s, etc.)

New Banking Information- Relationship and Detail Level Opportunity to store: • Deposit ticket information including account number, routing number and store number • Merchant number for credit card transactions • Method of drafting deposits • Temporary closure and dates • User defined fields ( armored car information, pin code)

  20. Statements • Statement service charges are now sorted by AFP code.

  21. ‘Save As’ Feature • When revising an existing Saved Report, users now have the option of ‘Save As’.

  22. Fee Query – Additional Columns • Account Type and Comparison Code Family columns have been added to the Fee Query. • Users will be required to enable these columns.

  23. Discrepancy Query Enhancement • Bank name has been added to the Discrepancy Details.
