Number the caller pressed if the Ext. number is busy , IP-UMS would retry the call with queuing the call.

18. Outlook Interface • VoiceMail Record/Play/Send OfficeServ System IP-UMS Server PSTN User ① VoiceMail Send to mailbox of subscriber who use outlook . Outlook could play the voicemail message with sound card. ② General Email Message Send to the Mail server mailbox of subscriber who use outlook. ③ Subscriber Recording a Voice message with PC sound card and reply to other subscriber.

TTS • Text to Speech TTS Translate Email -> 729 File IP-UMS Server OfficeServ System INTERNET User ① Subscriber get the general Email Message. ② If Subscriber logon to mailbox , and could play the received E-mail message translated to 729 file by using TTS engine. If subscriber press the specific key which was defined in Subscriber Menu, could play the mail body message TTS supports 23 languages.

20. License Policy • OfficeServ IP-UMS License Policy 1. UMS Port : 4/8/12/16/20/32/64  : SITE Dependent 2. TTS Port(Basic Language Pack 1 included) : 1/2/3/4/5 ~ (Optional) 3. TTS Language Pack Add : 2~23 (Optional) 4. IP-FAX : Use send/Use recv / Not Use (Optional) 5. Email Server: Use OfficeServEmail/ Use Exchange / Not use(Optional) Our IP-UMS System check the license key issued by above license policy. Concurrent UMS Port Count may has from 4 channels to 64. It depends on the OfficeServ System. Though the system has 16 concurrent UMS port , if you are issued with 4 UMS port license then you can just use 4 port below. TTS Port count is checked when the time TTS module calls the TTS translation. TTS Language means the count of language installed or to be installed in the IP-UMS server system. FAX and Email Server is optional with Yes or No. If your license have Not-use OfficeServ Email Server, then you are limited to use the user web-client (Email compose, Email Send etc ..) Also our license policy check the IP-UMS Server’s unique MAC address. So one IP-UMS Server system has the unique license key.
