Agency Standards Agency Standards & Guidelines • Recommend a business and/or personal umbrella to ALL ACCOUNTS!!! • File MUST be noted!! • Indicate importance of liability as well as uninsured/underinsured motorist protection! • Provide ballpark numbers and also provide other solutions! • Be sure that applications are signed in the proper spots and that the agent has signed as well!! • AGAIN FILE MUST BE NOTED!!

  4. Operations Presents: TAM Tip of the Week • Create an Activity • Below the Follow-up Date, use the check box Add To Outlook • Work out of Outlook Tasks • Move Tasks to Calendar • Outlook Calendar/Tasks might make it easier to organize the activities

  7. What to do when someone other than the insured calls in • ALWAYS take down the information • Remember: we cannot divulge information on the insured

  8. Progressive Follow Ups • Manage Policies  Policies Need Service

  9. Blitz Day!! Coming down the pike: Feb. 6th- Benefits Blitz Feb. 13th- PL Blitz Feb. 20th- Life Blitz!!!

  10. While Fran is Away… • Cherie will handle complaints • Bryan will handle exceptions in Personal Lines • Sue will handle exceptions in Commercial Lines • Anyone who needs to call out or is running late, Text or email Caitlin and Gloria • As always, note the activity!!

  11. PTO • Everyone’s PTO is now in Paychex • It is everyone’s responsibility to put any days they will be out into Paychex unless you call out sick or are part time (Part timers- email Gloria) • Producers- must submit when out of office as Producer’s Time Off • If out for a class or rotation day, it must go in there as such (put in 0 hours) • If taking Vacation or Personal time, it must be submitted as PTO • If it snows and you leave early, that counts as PTO • If there is any reason you are out of the office, it should be in Paychex

  12. If the Eagles win the Super Bowl… • Everyone can come in an hour late!! • It will also be a jeans day! Feel free to wear your Eagles gear!

  14. Progressive Bundles • Cherie got 2 Progressive bundles this week!!! • $200
