All Saints University College of Medicine All Saints University College of Medicine, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, offers a Bachelors of Science (Life Sciences), the Five Year MD Degree Program and the Four Year MD Degree Program. You can apply online for these courses. All Saints University grants admissions to qualified students

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS ADMISSION INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS PROCESS • Documents Required To Process A Visa • Copy of your Passport (all pages) • Health Clearance from the country of origin (should include TB and HIV test reports) • Police Clearance from the country of origin • Proof of Financial Support from parents or guardians All Saints University has a growing international student population from many countries including Australia, Austria, India and more. Students who are not Canadian, American or Caribbean students are considered international students. International students will be evaluated on an individual basis and must meet educational requirements for admission to medical schools in their country of origin. A TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) examination score may be required from applicants from countries where English is not an official language.

  3. INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS ADMISSION INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS PROCESS TUITION International students follow the same fee structure as the US and Canadian citizens. Upon completion of the Basic Science component, students are required to pay a visa processing fee for entry into the US for clinical rotations. All international students are required to pay the tuition fee for a full year (first three semesters) prior to the commencement of the program. The refund policy is the same for all students. VISA REQUIREMENT On acceptance students are required to submit the necessary documents to process their visa. No entry visa is required for St. Vincent. However, a transit visa may be necessary for travelling to St. Vincent through some countries. A visa is required for entry to St. Vincent from the following countries: Dominican Republic, Jordan, Syria, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Nigeria and China.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS ADMISSION INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS PROCESS Tuition Overview All Saints University College of Medicine offers one of the most affordable medical school tuition fee structures. The breakdown of fees for the 4-Year and 5-Year MD programs are outlined below. All fees listed are in US Dollars. Students pay a one-time non-refundable application fee of $100 and a one-time non-refundable enrollment fee of $1000. There is, additionally, a non-refundable health insurance fee of $100 per semester. Scholarships ASU offers scholarship opportunities based on academic performance, personal experience and financial need. After you submit your application online our admissions office will review your grades, essay and recommendation submitted to see if you qualify for a scholarship. Our admissions department will look for strong grades in the sciences (biology, chemistry, physics, math) but will also review your essay and recommendation letters before they make their decision.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS ADMISSION INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS PROCESS Tuition Refund Policy • A request for withdrawal must be submitted in writing, authorized by the Dean of Academics to the Director of Administration. The amount of refund for students who withdraw from the school in any term is: • 80% refund if enrolled for two weeks or less. • 60% refund if enrolled for three weeks or less. • 40% refund if enrolled for four weeks or less and no refund thereafter. • The date of withdrawal is counted from the date of receipt of the withdrawal letter. Financial Arrangements If a student is undergoing financial difficulties, they may reach out to the University’s Financial Department. If the student is granted a financial arrangement by the University and that student subsequently fails to uphold the arrangement terms or conditions and fails to pay related outstanding invoices as and when due, the student will be dismissed from the University.
