6. Sosiologiset kritiikit • Adam Smith: ”To suppose that kings are the servants of people, to be admired and obeyed or resisted, deposed and punished as the convenience of the public may require, is a doctrine of reason and philosophy but it is not the doctrine of nature.”

7. Emile Durkheim: “Non seulement il y a pas de sociétés qui aient une telle origine, mais il n’en est pas dont la structure présente la moindre trace d’une organisation contracturelle. Ce n’est donc ni un fait acquis à l’histoire, ni une tendance qui se degage du developpement historique”. Työsopimus • Ranskan vallankumous 1789 • Oikeus työhön: there are no longer corporations in the State; there are no longer other than the interest of particular individuals, and the general interest. It is not allowed to anybody to institute on citizens an intermediary interest, to separate them from public interest in the spirit of a corporation. It is obligatory to apply the principle that it is a matter of a convention between individuals to fix the duties of each worker, and it is then up to the worker to adhere to the convention he has made with him who is his employer.” • Turgot: “State owes to its every member the destruction of the obstacles that might perturb their industry or interfere with their right to enjoy the products of its results”.
