Child & Family Services • Initiate a mapping of community assets • Brainstorm and prioritize ways to address youth concerns and increase HSS presence in the schools • Strategic recruitment to address common needs
Human Resources • Share resources and assist in orientation of new employees • Review common HR concerns and discuss solutions (eg. housing, sharing skill sets)
Cross Discipline Awareness and Training • Share joint training options for staff • Explore options to have HSS professionals train school based staff
