In the payment date field you need to enter the date. And enter the starting number of your cheque in column Starting cheque number. • QuickBooks will provide you the notification of pending bills and the list will show you on screen. • The first column will provide you the checkmark option so you can tick the bill that you would like to pay. • Once you have done the process you need to save and close it.
