Anode (WP1) Proposed Standard materials: Lithium metal foil (0.5 mm thick) Indicative supplier Honjo Metal Co, Ltd, Japan Lithium powder (for Task 1.2 in order to manufacture nanocomposite electrodes) As an anode collector, Co mesh can be used. Anode (WP1) After the teleconference of November 22nd, LUREDERRA, based on the results of the discussion, will send a template asking each partner to define how to proceed in WP1 (send feedback before the 2nd week of December). Partners should specify the materials that they will need, identify possible collaboration among them and schedule deadlines for preparation and transfer of samples.

LUREDERRA’s contribution • LUREDERRA can synthesize and optimize the selected nanocatalyst by Flame Spray Pyrolysis (FSP) or wet techniques. • Some examples detected and which can be produced are MnO2, Fe3O4, CuO, CoFe2O4, Co3O4, or other alternatives of the type of simple and mixed oxides.
Electrolyte (WP3) • Proposed Standard materials: • LITFSI in PC/EC with or without DME • LiPF6 in PC • RTILs • As a separator a glass fiber filter paper can be used. • The electrochemical cell for the assemply can be a coin cell type 2325, a Swagelok cell or a double-sided pounch cell.
