Quick Pitch AmpliTech (OTCQB-AMPG) is a leader in designing, developing, and manufacturing core microwave communications products to enable all types of communications such as mobile phones, smart PDA's, GPS systems, Wi-Fi systems, along with other high-end products for Fortune 500 companies. The company went public recently to convert  small volume, high-end niche, core technology into patentable large volume consumer products with disruptive technology covering applications for semiconductors, wireless base-stations to increase bandwidth and speed, cellphones, and revolutionary medical diagnostic devices that can detect cancer and other anomalies non-invasively. The company has been in business for 13 years and is seeking the investment to build prototypes for conversion of business model to generate hundreds of millions of dollars from broadening the market to consumer large volume applications in all aspects of communications in addition to the niche Fortune 500 clients they have currently.

Product/Service Details AmpliTech Group, Inc. designs, develops and manufactures RF/Microwave communication components and semiconductors (mainly amplifiers) that enable all types of communication systems such as wireless base-stations, radar systems, satellite ground and space stations, medical, and products that enable airline and ground Wi-Fi systems, cellphone handsets, UAV's, 4G/5G/LTE systems, among many other applications. New products are being developed to be patented for organic growth and rollup strategy is there for inorganic growth. The new products will provide disruptive technology to retrofit and enhance existing cell towers (5 million exist in US alone) and basestations to provide higher speed data, larger coverage area, and higher bandwidth, which is in very high demand today to the large service providers such as Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, and many small carriers. Therefore, the potential market is extraordinarily large.

Traction and Accomplishments AmpliTech has been in business for 13 years in a niche, small market and recently went public to gain access to capital to service the much larger consumer markets than what they service now. We expect 2015 to be a breakout year for us.   9. Management Team Fawad Maqbool - President, CEO, and Founder Fawad Maqbool, President and CEO (Founder) / CTO: Mr. Maqbool has been in the microwave business for 32 years. He has a B.S.E.E. in microwave engineering and a B.S.E.E in Bio-Medical Engineering from CUNY and an M.S.E.E from Polytechnic University of New York. He founded AmpliTech in 2002 to fill the need for affordable, high quality, custom, state-of-the-art amplifiers and components. For almost 14 years as Department Head, he designed and developed state of the art amplifiers and components for MITEQ Inc., a leading supplier of microwave components and communications equipment. He then founded AmpliComm (acquired by Aeroflex, Inc. (ARX) in 2000 to develop custom cryogenic and fiber optic amplifiers and components). Mr. Maqbool’s innovative management and design experience continues to push AmpliTech’s boundaries in microwave technology both in commercial and military markets. Mr. Maqbool has received various awards for innovative design and quality from suppliers such as Motorola, and publications such as Wireless Design and Technology magazine. AmpliTech continues to surpass it’s peers in performance, value, service, and innovation, and is poised to become the leading supplier of amplifiers and related components in the coming years. Mick Syed - Technical Sales Manager Mick Syed, Technical Sales: Mr. Syed is an Electrical Engineer with more than 10 years of business experience, He joined the Company several years ago and has assumed the responsibilities of Technical Sales. He has served most recently as President and CEO of his own company as well as Chief Technical Sales consultant for numerous others in NYC. His engineering background is an asset to extracting the technical requirements from customers and providing responsive solutions in a timely fashion

Management Team(Continued) Ewa Polubiak - Assembly Supervisor Ewa Polubiak, Production/Assembly Supervisor: Ms. Polubiak has over 26 years of assembly and test experience as well as in quality Hi-Rel manufacturing of hybrid micro-circuit technology. She is at the core of AmpliTech's production of state-of-the-art microwave components that are leaders in the industry. Utilizing her knowledge and experience in both Assembly and Testing, Ms. Polubiak plays a crucial role and is well-qualified to oversee all aspects of production. Louisa Sanfratello - CFO/Comptroller Louisa Sanfratello, Chief Financial Officer: Louisa Sanfratello, a CPA (Certified Public Accountant), has been a self-employed independent accountant servicing numerous clients in various industries since 1998. Her duties throughout this time and her time as an accountant for various charities and schools consisted of preparation of official financial documents as well as day-to-day financial management. Also tapped were her skills in the area of projection of cash flow and consequent requirements. Her professional career began in 1987 with the public accounting firm of Holtz, Rubinstein & CO., where she gathered two years of invaluable experience before earning her CPA and moving on to more challenging things, Donald Sartorius - Quality Assurance Manager Don Sartorius, Quality Assurance Manager: Mr. Sartorius has over 35 years of experience in the microelectronics industry. His specialty being Quality Assurance, he is extremely proficient with all rules and regulations necessary for adherence to internationally recognized quality standards, such as ISO 9001.He is also well versed in all areas of manufacturing-related processes. This includes extensive knowledge of Contract Review and Conversion of Customer Requirements, Design and Documentation Control, Inspection (Incoming, In-process and Final), Environmental Screening and Testing for Mil-Prf-38534 and Mil-Std-883, Internal Audits, Failure Analysis, Employee Training, and ESD Control.
