  2. No-Bake Sand Casting Our no-bake sand casting molds have a quick-setting liquid resin, and a catalyst to accelerate the process. No-bake sand casting at Alumalloy tends to produce a nice, smoother surface finish than comparable sand molds

  3. Low-Pressure Casting Our low-pressure permanent mold (LPPM) capacity allows us to minimize the amount of disturbances when filling the mold, resulting in better mechanics and a more consistent result.

  4. Finishing Successful finishing requires a certain level of expertise, and our experts at Alumalloy are some of the best metalcasting professionals Ohio has to offer. Through grinding, sanding, and a rigorous series of quality inspections, we ensure all our parts and products are exceptionally honed before release.
