  3. QRT Workshop • To create a query: • Click New on the QRT main screen. • Enter the description, use, category and view. • Select the columns for your query/report.

  4. QRT Workshop • What to Select for Your Query • Available Columns /Include Columns/Data Order. • Column descriptions –understanding the fields (i.e. account/description = name).

  5. QRT Workshop • Adding Filters • Allows users to select only active services, specific service areas, and/or a certain product or package.

  6. QRT Workshop • Filter Details (bottom of screen) • Allows users to check or change filter options at run time. • Select Prompt for value at runtime.

  7. QRT Workshop • Sample Query • Execute or schedule to run.

  8. QRT Workshop • To schedule a query to run from the QRT main screen: • Select the query. • Right-click in the User Query Schedule list to display the shortcut menu and click New.

  9. QRT Workshop • Verify the schedule details, update them as needed and click Save.

  10. QRT Workshop • Executed Query Results
