2. Paramount Health Services – DCB Homepage https://www.paramounttpa.com/dcbbank Enter Username as HRMS No and password as your date of birth in DD/MM/YYYY format and click on Login

3. Paramount Health Services – DCB Change Password General Password Guidelines Enter Exiting Password Enter New Password Confirm New Password and click on Change button

4. On successful updation of password, Employee will be redirected to the Enrollment screen where they can Add & Modify, Self & Dependant details. Click on Edit info to add your Personal Email ID and Mobile no. Please note that the mobile number updation in mandatory

5. Enter your Personal Email ID and Mobile no and Click on Update to submit your updated details Click here to Add your dependants

6. Enrollment Screen – Adding Dependants Enter dependant details and click on Submit to Enroll dependant. Dependant Children above the age of 21 cannot be enrolled.

7. Enrollment Screen – Adding, Modifying and Deleting Dependants New Dependants added Successfully. Click on Edit info to edit dependant details. Click on the Delete button to delete dependants
