Labor / History Forecast Report This report generates the MSCS (Master Sanitation Cleaning Schedule) and will give you an overall view of your entire facility and trends. 1 2 From the Main Menu go to Reporting. Expand Labor and choose Labor History Forecast. 3 Report Parameters Screen appears. Set date back, depending on how much history you or your auditor wishes to see. 4 This report no matter what start date you set it for will give you 52 weeks of information. After choosing your start date, take all the defaults and then choose OK. The system will check each piece of equipment/area for the time period selected and the report will then display on your screen. 5
Labor / History Forecast Report Note: A CAWO was written up on this monthly task – most likely reason was task was not previously completed when due.
Labor / History Forecast Report Note: A CAWO was written on this weekly task that is being completed each week. This alerts you to further explore the cause – is it a training issue? Is the employee not accurate? Does the SSOP need to be revised?
Training Level Report This report documents the level of training your employees have, when they were certified and the % of employees certified for that particular training. 1 2 From the Main Menu go to Training. Expand Training Reports and choose Training Level Report. 3 Report Parameters Screen appears. Take all the defaults and choose OK.
Training Level Report This report shows all the training you are tracking in the KLEANZ program in alphabetical order. 1 It shows the % of employees that are certified for a particular training. It will show certification dates and whether an employee is in training, certified or expired. If the employees’ training has expired it shows the expiration date. 2
Worksheets by Equip/Area Report This report shows all equipment and the specific task to be completed along with the interval, last completed date, next due date, and if this task is calculated on a master schedule or calculated based on last completion date. 1 From Main Menu, click on Setup, expand Task Information and choose Review Worksheets by Equip/Area. 2 3 Report Parameters Screen appears. Take all the defaults and choose OK. This will show all tasks that are associated with the equipment / area for your entire facility. Note: This report can be ran showing detail of just a single line, a single piece of equipment/area or a group.

Inspection History Report This report will provide you with all inspection details within a given time frame. Including date and time of inspection, type of inspection, who performed inspection, what rating/score was given and any comments. 1 From Main Menu, choose reporting, Inspection, Inspection History Report. 2 3 When the report parameters screen appears enter date you want the report to run from and then click “OK”. Note: this will give you history for all inspections within that dated time frame. Note: You may also view a specific inspection and time frame, as demonstrated on the left.
Work Order by Inspection Report 1 This report provides you with a list of corrective action work orders that were written during a specific inspection. It will tell you who wrote the CAWO, who it was assigned to, the date you assigned it and when the CAWO was completed and who completed the work along with what work was performed with additional comments relating to parts needed to complete the work that was requested. 2 From Main Menu, choose reporting, expand Inspection, then choose Work Order by Inspection Report. The report parameters screen appears in which you will choose the time frame you wish the report to include CAWO from Inspections and then click “OK”. 3 Note: You may also narrow your search down if you want to view only a certain piece of equipment/area or just a specific production line, or specific inspection and time frame, as demonstrated on the left. This is most helpful when an auditor shows back up 6-8 months later and wants to know when and how the previous deficiencies were corrected.
