The meditation lasts about 3 minutes, and the slides will change automatically, with the sequence repeating itself until stopped. If you opened the meditation in a browser window it should begin automatically in a few seconds - you may wish to chose “Full Screen” view (f11 key). To end and return to Chaplaincy Home Page click “Back” on the toolbar. If you saved the meditation as a PowerPoint file, open the file click “Slide Show” on the tool bar, and then “view show” in the drop down list.
