Since 2007 over a quarter of a million people have taken part nationwide. Love Life Live Lent is a new way of marking Lent. Instead of going on a detox or giving up chocolate, it encourages people to undertake a simple act of generosity each day.

  1. Since 2007 over a quarter of a million people have taken part nationwide. Love Life Live Lent is a new way of marking Lent. Instead of going on a detox or giving up chocolate, it encourages people to undertake a simple act of generosity each day. The actions are small and easy to do but can have a major impact on families, communities on the wider world.

  5. The 42 actions are simple and fun to do! They start on Shrove Tuesday and end on Easter Sunday. Tick them off as you go along!
