Robert F. Lucas Outstanding Lt. Governor • History • Robert F. Lucas was the third Key Club International Administrator. He served from August 1965 through September 1974. • The Key Club International Board chose to honor him when he retired from Kiwanis International to take a position with the National School Boards Association. • He has since retired and lives in Alexander, Virginia.

The Application • BEE sure to read the guidelines in their entirety • Think… what are the highlights that I can include? • Put it all together • Include a table of contents, a title page, and sprinkle reflections everywhere! • Include a sampling of all of your work that will show growth • Make sure that it is organized • BEE proud of your year!

Alternative Closure Activity • Those who choose not to submit a Distinguished binder will have an alternative form to complete as the closure activity. • CLOSURE is important so that there is a smooth transition of leadership for the members and for a smooth transition for the leaders.
