  2. Overview • Robust Solution that can be implemented in different layout with minimum effort. • An admin module where all the information can be add, edit, delete (Category & content wise) • Search Option • Feedback option • Rating Option Rest I am defining my requirements at page level.

  3. Home Page(http://www.bhimtalhotels.com/) • Here, the categories should appear from database and can be modified with the time (Add, Edit, Delete) • Advance site search should be available. (defined in the slide no: )

Accommodation(http://www.bhimtalhotels.com/bhimtal-accommodations.htm)Accommodation(http://www.bhimtalhotels.com/bhimtal-accommodations.htm) • Here, the list of properties should be populated from the database, and can be • Add • Edit • Delete From the admin module • Where as if no property is available the category should be listed below.

  5. Right Column of static pages • The Call us numbers can be • Add • Edit • Delete From the admin module

  6. Quick Contact form • Once the user send the information. 2 different mails should be send: • On our ID () giving the information of the user • the information should also contain the property or page name from where the quick contact is send. • Email id should be changeable from the admin module • User ID thanks mail [contact will be provided] • The information of the sender should be saved in database and can be viewed in admin module [option should be provided to update the status of the lead]

  7. Booking Information Form • Same functionality as Quick Contact form, only the information will be changed.

  8. Property Listing Page • Current Search Criteria… • Advance Search Option… • Property can be sorted on the basis of cost as: • Budget • Deluxe & • Luxury • Each property rating will be calculated on the basis of the review received on that property. • Lowest average rate /night will be shown. • Sort by: Recommended lowest Price Alphabetical

  9. Property Page • Property have different tabs for Updation: • Overview • Pictures • Amenities • Activities • Location • Reviews • Package (Seasonal will be maintained and will be updated and maintained accordingly) • Tariffs
