  3. A brief on Avalanche… • National Level PharmaCarnival organized by RPCP students. • Every Avalanche has forecasted with new concept. Avalanche ‘12 Avalanche ‘07 Avalanche ‘10 New event named ‘Pharma Marketing’ was introduced. Since then it has become a trend in each Pharma Events across Gujarat. Cultural event COLLOSSEUM introduced. 500+ participants. • Pioneer in Pharma event ever in Gujarat. • Events such as Pharma Modelling, Poster Presentation, etc. were included. • Huge response. • Stepping milestone by introducing ‘Youth Assembly’. • 700+ participants.

Pharma summit • Summit: • The platform for discussion and for finding solutions for the problems faced by pharma sector. • In brief: • Presently, pharma sector is facing various problems. • It will be directed towards effective discussion in order to get the solutions for the problems faced by our sector. • Accordingly resolution will be passed with concern of all the participants of the pharmasummit with the help of social media. • This resolution will be forwarded to different government bodies in order to restore crisis faced by the pharma sector. • Conclusion: • Current scenario will be critically analyzed. • Every idea will get an uplift/support to change the scenario. • Student benefits: • Will get opportunity to gain knowledge about company demands/needs. So that the students can mold themselves accordingly.

Proposed Issues to be discussed in Pharma Summit • Hospital Pharmacist in Government & Private multi specialty Hospitals • In all Medical /Pharmacist / Chemist store must recruit Pharmacist (D.Pharm/B.Pharm), law must be there & which is monitored by any regulatory body of Pharmacist • How to Increase the job opportunity for Pharmacy graduates in Government Sector? • Why not Clinical Pharmacist can be a Heath care team member? • Job crisis, Research and Development crisis • And many others
