Student Log-in Portal Student ID Number For first time log-in, kindly use the password sent to your email (i.e. the email you have provided to the university during course application). https://iis.ucsi.edu.my/student/Login.aspx NOTE: Should you not able to log-in with the given password, kindly seek assistance for a password reset by visiting the IIS Office located at 1st Level, Block A, South Wing KL Campus, UCSI University.

  3. Click on “Activities”

  4. Club Listing Click to view the list of Clubs, Societies & Associations

  5. Website Page View: List of Clubs/ Societies/ Associations

  6. Application for group membership of clubs/ societies/ associations

  7. Click on any clubs/ societies/ associations of your interest for further details of the particular clubs/ societies/ associations

  8. Click to join as club member

  9. To submit the application for membership for the club/ society/ association of your preference

  10. Submission of Event Review Report

  11. Click to view all list of active events for event review report submission

  12. Click to enter a specific event page.

  13. Click to complete the event review report submission page.

  14. After completion of event review report, click “submit”.

  15. Rejected / Approved Event Report Justification Rejected (Weak/Poor Justification) (Too Simple and is not able to show your learning outcome from that event) Approved (Good Justification) (Able to show your learning outcome from that event)

  16. 15.1 MyECA Profile MyECA Profile is basically an evaluation and portfolio system created to measure your performance. Most importantly, it also serves as a system to provide you with an achievement target. The Achievement target for the three ELE levels is a Pass/Fail grade with the following point allocations for each year: Year 1: ECA 100 – 40 points minimum Year 2: ECA 200 – 40 points minimum Year 3: ECA 300 – 40 points minimum

  18. Leadership Position Holding Key Position in a Club/Societies/Association Holding Key Position in Organizing Event

  19. Bonus Points (For Multiple Achievement)
