Towards 21st Century Skills Critical Thinking Problem Solving Effective Communication Schools use the communication tools i.e. portal, email, blogs, sms to disseminate/ share info with teachers, students and parents Schools have at least 50% Teachers integrating ICT in teaching and Learning Schools have all students using Self Learning modules at average level Technology and Media Literacy Collaboration Schools have at least 50% teachers with an average ICT competency level Schools have all students with ICT competency at average level Schools have monthly ICT smart –partnership programmes with local community and international
