First they weight the olives. They buy the olives from farmers and the price depends on the quality of the product and if they are dirty or not.
Then loaded into the conveyor belt. Here they get rid of leaves and twigs.
The olives are crushed in order to facilitate the release of the oil.
Then they go into a machine where they separate paste and water. Leaving just the oil.
While we were on the olive oil factory in Spain, the people from the factory gave us free olive oil that was just bottled.
