Priorities towards 2015 • Increase number of applications • + Allocate more funds for IATSS promotion (PR workshops in mid-size cities, attractive ad on popular mass media in local language, verbal introduction, official website...) • + Mobilize alumni, Comm. members (including Advisor and Observer agencies) support in promotion activities • + Actively participate in IATSS program reform. • Consolidate the organization • + Appoint vacant Comm. members, engage alumni in Secretariat; enhance efficient relationship with sponsor organization, alumni association; define operation regulation of National Committee and Secretariat. • Support IAM 2013 • + Theme identification • + Planning, quality assurance,…

  6. III. IAM 2013 (1) • Organizing framework • Location: Hanoi • Time: 21-24 June 2013 • Itinerary: • + 21 June (Friday): arrival • + 22 June (Saturday): meeting • + 23 June (Sunday): fieldtrip (TBD by alumni) • + 24 June (Monday): departure • Total budget: $20,000

Suggestions to Alumni • Consolidate alumni database (with IATSS Suzuka support) • Create IATSS alumni website for communication • Formulating organizing teams with TOR • Formulating theme and sub-themes, given the current IATSS emerging demand (change and add mobility attribute) • Formulating concept note and overall planning proposal (A-Z) • ........... • - Presenting the detailed organizing proposal at Alumni meeting on December 5(Wed.)with the participation of IATSS Suzuka staff, National Committee members, Advisor and Observer.
