  2. Last Week’s Lesson “Abraham said to Lot:…for we are brethren” (Genesis 13:8)

  3. Adam and Eve When God created Adam and Eve, He commanded them “but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat”

  4. Adam and Eve Did they listen to God’s commandments! Did they OBEY God! What was the consequence?

  5. SODOM AND GOMORRAH Lot chose to live in the better land, Sodom and Gomorrah BUT its people were very sinful After many chances, God decided to destroy these cities

  6. But what about Lot God sent two angels to save Lot and his family

  7. Do not look behind you! The angels told lot, his wife and two daughters: “Escape for your life! Do not look behind you” Genesis 19 : 17

  8. Lot’s wife Lot’s wife looked behind her, although the angels told them not to look back, and she immediately turned into a statue of SALT

  9. What do we learn? • God always cares for us and send us angels to protect us • We must obey God’s commandments • We must obey our parents
