Restaurant/Brochure • I chose to do Hardee’s fast food restaurant which is known for their “Monster ThickerBurgers”. • Their pre-dominantly located down south and the closest around is in Delaware. • Since I was not able to go to the actual restaurant I could not get a hold of the brochure but they have their menu and nutrition facts online at their website, so they made it fairly easy for customers.
Meal Table • If I were to eat this meal it would have taken up HALF of my calorie intake allowed for the day. • That’s INSANE!!! • Would not recommend coming hear or any fast food restaurant for that matter if your trying to be healthy and stay fit.
Very Unhealthy!! • Hardee’s might taste good, look good and smell good, but it does nothing good for your body or nutrition count. • Each and every burger or other meal is HIGH in Fat, Calories and Sodium • They had very little if any thing that was healthy for you. The only thing remotely close was the side salad. (Which was the only salad on the menu) • Bang for Buck= 1,050 Cals divided by $6.59= 159.33
