Duplication? Just another discussion forum? Strengthening the regional cooperation as recommended by EU? CHALLENGES
Where does NORDRED fit in? If at all…… Why are recommendations for large scale disasters e.g. HNS not yet fully implementet? Should we still discuss large scale disasters in NORDRED? If so: Why then, not build on existing structures, systems, guidelines? Or, should NORDRED rather concentrate on the border-crossing agreements as today? Is the framework updated according to todays threats? Terror, CBRN, pandemics… Is it time to do an in-depth analysis of the framework? Food for Thoughts
