My research career: an integrated approach to mental health and wellbeing in organisations and populations Prevention: How can workplaces become health-promoting to prevent poor wellbeing and depressive and anxiety disorders? Positive: How can we build positive capabilities in individuals and organisations like resilience, hope and optimism? Manage Illness: What are the cost-effective options for low and middle-income countries in tackling the high burden of depression?

Are social entrepreneurs more or less at risk? • Personal health experiences may be motivator • Different pathway to business • How can we encourage innovators to adopt health-promoting business practices in their regions/countries?
A research agenda for mental health and wellbeing of entrepreneurs and innovators Prevent harm: Promote investor awareness and resourcing of mental health and wellbeing as part of their investments Positive: Broaden success metrics to include individual and community wellbeing Manage Illness: Destigmatise mental health problems through entrepreneurs as public champions of help-seeking World Economic Forum, 2019
