  4. Things to Remember… • Do NOT allow a TA to enter grades • Remember the page time-out (20 minutes) • Remember to click the Submit buttons for attendance and grades (before being timed out) • Remember to submit attendance for ALL periods before 3:15 PM each day

  6. ABI Gradebook Features • Easy to add/drop students • Four ways to enter scores • Weighted or unweighted grading • Grades can be easily transferred to Grade Reporting • Gradebooks for same courses can be linked • Can be linked to parent/student portal

  7. How to Log In • At School: • http://aeriesweb/abi and use e-mail username/password (PC) • http://aeriesweb.sbdom.sbcusd/abi and use domain\firstnamelastname + e-mail password (Mac) • At Home: • https://portal.sbcusd.com/abi • Initial password is “welcome”

  8. Steps to Set Up Gradebooks • Add all classes • Add students • Link gradebooks (if desired) • Add assignment types • Add assignments • Enter scores • Set final marks
