Please note: • 5ASA recruitment ends in 6 months, therefore we urgently need to turn every site on the map red as soon as possible. • The first adjudication panel is on the 31st October 2012. • Any cases that you would like to discuss please email: tariq.ahmad1@nhs.netor call Claire 01392 406928 • Clinicians who previously reported 5ASA Nephrotoxicity cases via the MHRAYELLOW CARD system will be sent information and contact details about the 5ASA study. We hope this will capture new cases which will be referred to local PIs.. • The e-CRF database is now up an running.
