One of the most beautiful scenery in Sikkim is the huge golden Buddha of Ravangla.

  3. 1. Gangtok One of the best tourist places in Sikkim, Gangtok in Sikkim is no less than a paradise. This city is the third highest mountain peak in the world, there are numerous tourist attractions in and around Kanchenjunga, including Enchey Monastery, Tsomgo Lake and Nathu La. One of the most important places to visit in Gangtok, Nathu La Pass is a route that connects Sikkim with the Tibet Autonomous Region of China. In ancient times, it formed part of the Silk Road, one of the most important trade routes in the world.

  4. 2. Tsomgo Lake Tsomgo Lake is about 40 km from the main city of Gangtok. This beautiful glacier lake is one of the best places to visit in sikkim. Tsomgo Lake literally means 'source of water'. Mesmarang Lake is one of the highest lakes in India which makes Sikkim even more beautiful. It is surrounded by lush landscapes on all sides. A small Shiva temple, some food stalls and many beautiful plants and flowers can be seen on Tsomgo Lake.

The road leading to Nathula Pass is considered to be a very beautiful road which makes it very important for Sikkim tourist places.
