  9. Give to those who need(offer your money, food, time)

  10. Promise not towaste Shop wisely Eat consciously Never waste

  11. THINK about your portions, Serve only what you can eat!

  12. Do not waste water

  13. Today, more than One Billion people DO NOT have clean drinkable water

  14. So, today we ask You…

  15. …to be more sensitive of the suffering in the world. …to be thankful for and responsible with what you have AND

  16. …to take only what you can eat at today’s meal, then CLEAN your plate and EMPTY your glass.
