  5. C & S Forms and Templates • Access to all relevant supporting documentation for club administration.

  6. C & S Registration • Documents can now be uploaded by you • Documents must be uploaded on the templates provided • The checkbox for the disclaimer must be ticked otherwise you will not be able to continue • Registration period • Registration status

C & S Online Submission • Online submission is automatically emailed to the webmaster and updated on the USU website • Excellent promotional/advertising opportunities for your club and it’s free. By directing new and prospective members to the website you are taking advantage of this free service. • Maximum 75 words • Keep this updated

C & S Executive List • Note: all changes to executive positions require compliance with the relevant club’s constitution • Documents can now be uploaded by you • Documents must be uploaded on the templates provided • The checkbox for the disclaimer must be ticked otherwise you will not be able to continue Privacy Laws • You are not able to view or edit details other than your own • Subsequently, all executive updates must be uploaded in their entirety. • E.g. change of president will require a complete executive list with the new president’s details included

C & S Members List • Documents can now be uploaded by you • Documents must be uploaded on the templates provided • The checkbox for the disclaimer must be ticked otherwise you will not be able to continue Privacy Laws • You are not able to view or edit details other than your own • Subsequently, all membership updates must be uploaded in their entirety. • E.g. additional members will require a complete membership list with the new members’ details included
