Growth of the company • The Company has changed over the years. They started with only 2 workers and now have over 140 workers. • They started as a smoke house in the back grocery store and now have 2 production plants in Hamtramck, MI.
product • Agnes and Zygmund started the Kowalski meat company. They brought Kielbasa to the USA. They sell smoked bologna and hot dogs. They sold many things like lunch meat. They use hardwood-chips to smoke their sausage.
IMPACT OF MICHGAN • Kowalski Sausage Company has impacted Michigan by hiring more workers as their company grew which helped the economy. Kowalski sausage has a corporate giving program in Michigan. They want to give back to the community that they do business in.
