  3. Amy Shah Amy comes from a family who loves cooking and eating – they have been involved in the F & B business all their lives. Her favourite cuisine is Malay food, but she also has a good hold on classical techniques and recipes from French, Italian and Indian cuisine. Beyond leading the cooks in our kitchen, she is a trained barista and bartender. This mother-of-four loves to knit in her free time.

  4. Miza Shah With a passion for sweets, Miza specialises in desserts and baked goods. She’s been cooking since she was 8 and still enjoys discovering new flavours, techniques and ingredients. Miza has an innate instinct when it comes to cooking, whatever the cuisine, and her specialities include roasted chicken rice and black pepper crusted steak.

  5. ZamZainal Our singing chef Zam is father of four and has been interested in culinary arts since he was a teenager. His favourite cuisines are northern Malay and Arabic, and he enjoys the process of creating, and introducing a new dish to diners. Zam also likes fishing in the teeming waters around Langkawi, he often cooks up his catch Thai-style.
