Design / Code of Conduct Recognize each individual as unique and all powerful No one is supreme in this structure Everyone has a voice Each zip code can operate independent of this citywide structure Each contact could be solely funded by his or her own zip code population Lower expectation for collaborative interactions (once a month) Operate under the PRE or Prevention- Resources- Enforcement act, by classifying all leaders into at least 1 of 3 categories. Prevention types are people searching for long term solutions, very patient and proactive. Resource types are people who are the peace makers, objective viewpoints and hands on persons. Enforcement types are those who feel accountability is the key. They tend to be very focused in their positions and may be reactive.
