Saturday Flu Clinics. On the 4 th October the practice held a flu clinic for 500 patients. 4 members from the patient reference group volunteered to help out. They helped patients use the sign in screen, handed leaflets out, assisted to rooms and completed questionnaires with patients.

Saturday Flu Clinics • On the 4th October the practice held a flu clinic for 500 patients. • 4 members from the patient reference group volunteered to help out. • They helped patients use the sign in screen, handed leaflets out, assisted to rooms and completed questionnaires with patients. • We have had very positive feedback from patients and staff for our Saturday flu clinics.
