Your goal, our goal… • To familiarize first year students with the Fisher Community and make you aware of the many opportunities it has to offer • To foster a relationship between first year students and other Fisher College of Business student organizations • To help you gain essential business skills

  4. What is FCP? • Founded on 4 core values: Diversity Appreciation Global Awareness Professionalism Civic Responsibility • Works onlywith 1st year and transfer business and pre-business students • Invites you to become active participants in Fisher’s student organizations by having the student organizations host events specifically for you • Over 400 citizens - largest student organization on Fisher’s campus • Over 25 Fisher organizations to join

  5. Requirements You will receive a weekly email that lists all FCP events and the category which they fulfill. You must attend: 2 Diversity Appreciation Events 2 Global Awareness Events 2 Professional Events 2 Civic Responsibility Join: 1 Fisher Organization (must be an “active” member by Spring Quarter – Date is TBD) *Many events offered each quarter – choose events that interest you and events that you need in order to complete FCP requirements *There is no limit to how many events you can attend throughout the year *Must get stamp at each event in order to get credit for event – find an executive board member wearing a BRIGHT GREEN FCP shirt!

Benefits of being a member • Expand your understanding of core business values • Gain a sense of community within The Fisher College of Business • Respect/Honor- Business Professionals, Faculty/Staff at Fisher (Everyone knows who a citizen is!) • Easy, fun avenue towards active involvement throughout your collegiate career • Be the next leader or team player and make a difference! • Discover yourself - what activities interest you? • Opportunity to join Cardinal Health’s Mentor Program • After successfully completing the program, you will be eligible for a $2500 scholarship at the end of the year • The more events you attend the greater your chances are of winning a scholarship
