  4. Now it's time to promote your retreat to ensure you achieve the attendance and participation you are hoping for.

  5. Promote from Within Of course, you want to start promoting your event as early as possible in order to reach the most people. It's best to start promoting as far out as 4 - 6 months ahead of your event date
