  1. Date of Recognition: 2-17-2013 • Company: Miken Specialties • Workers Name (s):JOE BAUGH, VICTORIA FLORES, JAIME WEBB & DARION LUNFORD • Work Location: A-3600 E&D-514, S-152 • Description of Recognition: MikenScaffold day crew that helped us through our Jan/Feb pit stop/shutdown. They took each challenge head on and tackled them safe and efficient. We had a tremendous amount of pre-work scaffolds that they were able to complete before the start of the shutdown. During the shutdown there were two scaffolds that required a lot of mods in order for the jobs to progress. Our E&D-514 work (which is in breathing air and very tight courters) and our S-152 scaffolding (which requires build and teardown up to 3 times and revisions in between) that they where there and ready each and every time we needed them to keep both jobs progressing very well. The S-152 job was the critical path and had 5 machinists working on each shift around the clock so it was important to be able to make these changes quickly and keep the scaffolds safe for them to keep progressing forward. After all said and done we were able to turn the maintenance back over to operations 3 days ahead of schedule.! • Recognized By:Tim Sparkman
